Reconditioning Process
Each Skyjack machine before disassembly would be thoroughly inspected with all safety bulletins and outstanding updates. before being carefully prepped for painting, all weldments are closely inspected for any defects.
The Recon Division at Skyjack has all the needed equipment to perform a professional, high quality paint job. They offer a state of the art blasting booth as well as a complete paint line and oven.
Each Skyjack machinery put back together based on OEM standards and certain components are replaced with new ones. The parts which get replaced includes: the hydraulic fluids, 110V outlet, hoses and filters, joystick controllers and the main electrical cables and main control. In addition, every unit is given new tires, batteries and battery cables and worn pins and bushings are replaced.
With a rated load capacity of 90,000 pounds in the 1st and 2nd tiers, the TXLC-974 also offers eighty five thousand pounds load capacity in the 4th and 3rd tiers. These models provide a 97 inch center of load. When at one hundred six inch center of the load, the TXLC-974 capacity is 82,000 pounds in the 1st and 2nd tiers and in the 3rd and 4th tiers it is still rated at eighty thousand pounds.
